Its all about self confidence and knowing yourself well . When you develop a positive attitude, you will start feeling better about yourself.


You will treat yourself with more respect and love, and this in turn will boost your confidence levels and inner strength. Your diet will change also.

You will take on new challenges and come out of your self-limiting beliefs.  It's worth the time to discover some of your self limiting beliefs

and understand where they came from. 


Many of our self limiting beliefs came from our parents, relatives or siblings. Most of our character is developed by the time we are five years old and we use that framework to help us make decisions for the rest of our life. 


If there was any trauma or abuse in your childhood  it may have been difficult for you to individuate yourself from the rest of the world.


When this happens many people simply agree to everything that's going on around them in order to feel accepted and loved. It's a completely normal reaction.


The problem with doing that is if you didn't have healthy examples then you may have developed a poor self image and unhealthy habits. 


So the first type of investment you need to make is an investment in yourself. Ask yourself a few questions. For example, am I being true to myself, am I doing what is really important and valuable to me in life, and so on.


Everybody has different questions and it's very personal.  Begin to discover why a healthy attitude is important today. It has a big effect on everything we do and think about.
